1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Jurisdica.pro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of our directory and services.
2. No Professional Advice
Jurisdica is an informational directory only. We do NOT provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, or any other professional advice. No attorney-client or accountant-client relationship is formed through your use of this site. All intelligence, ratings, and compliance signals are editorial opinions and should be verified independently.
3. Accuracy & Freshness
The AI market moves rapidly. While we strive for accuracy, Jurisdica does not warrant that the information in our directory is complete, current, or error-free. You assume all professional responsibility for verifying the security and compliance status of any third-party tool before use.
4. Tool Submissions & Listing Claims
Vendors submitting tools or claiming listings represent that all provided data is accurate. Jurisdica reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing that does not meet our editorial standards. Paid Fast-Track status guarantees review speed but does not guarantee a positive rating or verified status. Paid sponsor placements may improve visibility only and must be clearly labeled; they do not alter editorial ratings, compliance notes, jurisdiction analysis, or review methodology. Paid Fast-Track submission fees are non-refundable once review has begun. If a tool is rejected after fast-track review, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days. Subscription refunds are handled by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, in accordance with their merchant of record refund policies. Paid research report purchases are non-refundable after download.
5. Intellectual Property
The logos, text, and data structures of Jurisdica are protected by copyright. You may not scrape, crawl, or mass-download our directory data without explicit written permission. Tool logos are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes under fair use or license.
6. Limitation of Liability
Jurisdica shall not be liable for any professional malpractice, data breaches, or financial losses resulting from your choice to use a third-party AI tool found in our directory. Your professional judgment remains your sole responsibility.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. If you are accessing Jurisdica from the European Union or United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
8. Modifications to Terms
Jurisdica reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is always available at https://www.jurisdica.pro/terms.
9. Termination
Jurisdica reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Tool vendors whose listings are removed retain no claim to refunds of fast-track submission fees. You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@jurisdica.pro.
